Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan

We prepare Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plans that comply with all applicable sections of federal regulations CFR 40 §112 and the CA Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) program for a wide range of facilities and oil-based products (petroleum, synthetic, vegetable, and animal-based oils). Our staff will complete a thorough site inspection, prepare, and certify your site-specific plan, walk you through the implementation of your plan, and provide site specific training to meet regulatory compliance. We also complete evaluations for the Applicability of the Substantial Harm Criteria (Appendix C to CFR 40 §112) and Facility Response Plans (FRP) (Appendix F to CFR 40§112).

Clean up and Investigations

We have extensive experience in the investigation and clean-up of contaminated sites that resulted from a spill or leak, such as gas stations, bulk plants, dry cleaners, agriculture sites, auto wreckers, and rollover accidents.  We have experience with all different types of materials and locations from industrial and commercial to natural environments like stream beds and wetlands.  We can provide services from assistance with emergency response to long term monitoring and mitigation.
